Therapy Approach & Therapy Process

Why Psychotherapy?

During psychotherapy, biochemical processes are activated that can influence and transform our attitudes.

For example, psychotherapy has a positive effect on the hormone oxytocin, which plays a key role in human relationships, trust, and the reduction of anxiety.

That’s why psychotherapy strengthens a person’s ability to move through life with confidence, without fear, and with a sense of wholeness and self-assurance.

Psychoanalysis

Therapeutic Approach

Psychoanalysis focuses on uncovering the unconscious processes that have contributed to your emotional distress.

By addressing the root cause, therapy not only relieves symptoms in the short term but also brings lasting change.

Your free associations on various topics will help guide us in this process.

What is the difference between psychotherapy and psychoanalysis?

Psychoanalysis is not only a therapy approach, but also a certain worldview, i.e. an instrument how you can look at life.

The learned psychoanalytic way of thinking helps to improve the quality of life in the long run.

Psychoanalysis is more than a therapy!
